Awful service
Bad
Booked for 6am, essential service worker going to Napier after the cyclone, despite repeated chase calls ended up missing gate closure at airport. Return booking, I ended up walking home with full suitcase and hand luggage after 4 days in Napier. Air crew were also let down after booking. Useless booking system does not let you talk to a human. If you wanted wheelchair vehicle you cant book it. Total dissapointment, I will never use again
