Very poor service from Beds R Us Pukekohe branch was not interested when I said there was a fault in the design . Had to deal with you directly got the run around eventually upgraded the mattress at extra cost and no help in the delivery Mattress and base was dump with no help with the set up.. No service at all. After waiting all this time since Jan. Very disappointed Angela no set up
