Didn’t solve the problem

Bad
They were polite, I’ll say that. But failed to diagnose the plumbing issue. Charged me anyway and went away. A second plumber (another firm) who actually thought about it in a methodical way did solve it quietly and efficiently. Will not use Regency again.
