Absolutely soul-destroying.
Bad
We were bullied and had to take legal action as a result of the behaviour of Public Trust. They made our mother's illness so much more traumatic. Look for help outside PT and discuss your needs with people who care. Having to deal with a disfunctional organization while I cared for my mother made the process so much more painful.
