New Zealand Post

Arrived to post something a few weeks back at 4.45 and was told, i didnt have time to post a large box parcel, i said but you have 15 minutes left open and insisted, also paid $36 to post some well packaged box of plates, and they arrived smashed, and there response was you should be able to drop something from a 1 metre height, some parcels are fragile, and they should explain this better when you spent that amount to post, lady at counter wasnt the most helpful. Disappointed in postal services
