Miele New Zealand Limited

I purchased a Miele cooktop that did not include the correct jets for LPG, the only gas source in the south island. This oversight required a second gasfitter visit. Miele committed in writing to cover the cost of the second gasfitter visit, but months on, that payment never materialized. The customer service was polite, but the follow through is terrible.
