Just a complete pack of liars who dont deliver despite promises. Dont expect your goods on time. dont expect a call. And when you query it they blame you. shit customer service and even the operations manager has the same attitude. Use anyone else but this lot should be at the bottom of the list

Dont use this disreputable company. They promise delivery and then dont deliver. No call as to why. no email as to why. No text. You chase and call to no avail. They are expensive and they offer shit customer service. Dont get conned. Use a reputable freight forwarding company. I have put in a call to the COO. as at the time of writing no response. Probably to be expected.

I would never use this company. they understood the urgency and assured me it would be delivered the following morning. nothing arrived. chased them. No call returned . no texts returned. No emails replied to. Just lousy customer service and breaches of promises. Sent a text to the coo. Will be interesting to see if they have the same customer service mentality- or lack thereof
