I had an excellent result due to the services that Ian provided for me.

Never does what he says he will do. Doesn't communicate. Won't answer emails. Just like everyone else has said, Ian collects his fee from ACC and that's it.

DO NOT USE HIM,he gave up and then said he was to busy to answer emails,once gave me ten min warning of resolution meeting I had no time to prepare,collects his fee answers a few emails,then that's your lot to out never get an email back very poor at his job should be investigated.

Unprofessional, Time waster, never keeps in contact, makes statements he can't back up, only interested in getting his ACC fee. If you want to add stress to your claim Ian's your man if you want solutions,professional solutions go elsewhere.

Definitely don’t recommend, go elsewhere!!

Doesn’t prepare doesn’t do what sad doesn’t respond to emails phone calls ver interested when first contact then useless seems collecting ACC fees is all good at

Doesn’t reply to 80% of emails and is late preparing.
