Rude and abrupt

Office lady not interested in helping find a part for one of their louvres installed in a customers home, told us "She was not interested in fixing or repairing any louvres they have installed at this home. Told us to go find someone else to sort out, as not interested in helping source a part. Extremely rude, abrupt and no after service care. Will not recommend to anyone.
