Glen Eden Intermediate Children's Community Dental Clinic

While the staff were nice at the time, I now feel hugely disappointed and let down by this clinic. I’ve brought my children in every 6 months and on the last visit they weren’t able to get X-rays as my child was struggling with this. Instead of scheduling us in again soon, they said come back when she’s 7 (in another 6+ months time). Now we have come back and she has significant dental issues needing multiple extractions and caps.This could have all been avoided with proper management.

My son needed Dental check and we tried calling this dental clinic multiple times but unable to reach. So we decided to visit to make appointment. Upon visit reception lady was so rude! she immediately told us to leave and to call the number to make a booking. Next day when we called to make booking same reception lady pick up phone and also immediately told us to call back after 10minute! this was horrible service and we not gonna go there or recommend anyone to go!

My daughter is 5 years old now and has been coming here for over a year. We love the staff and they do their best to make her feel comfortable. Thank you!

Just want to say a big thank you to dentist Allana . You have managed to do what no other dentist has and fix our son's teeth without to much protest and or having to go under local at the hospital.Thank you so much truely impressed and grateful.Regards The Milnes
