Felt ripped off

I took 4 steel rims to be sand blasted . They offered services such as powder coating and painting as extras but did not mention the pricing for wheels was per wheel or how much it would be. . I chose just the sand blasting as I could do my own finishing. At no stage did they offer that the price was on a per wheel basis and I wrongly assumed it would be a quick cost effective process based on time as with previous jobs.. So make sure you get a price or you may be in for a nasty suprise.
