Don't trust this business

Ross originally quoted me an estimate of $650 over the phone for work on my car which I agreed to. But when I came in to pick up my car, I was told that it was going to be a "bit more" expensive than the estimate with the invoice coming to $1,657!! Ross had done a whole lot of work on my car that I had NOT agreed to including: wiper blades, spark plugs, air filter, transmission flush, transmission filter and oil. It is illegal for a mechanic to do work on a car without asking you first.
