Bad service

Factory Frames cut mats for 20 unsigned prints but refused to mount them, claiming they would not trim the artwork. This was never explained beforehand. They charged $1000 for a job that took half an hour. When I returned with the signed prints, they asked for another $140 to finish it. I left disappointed. The service was overpriced, unhelpful and poorly communicated.
