Terrible service, questionable products

We bought windows from this company on Trade Me. Since contacting them we were faced with abuse and empty promises. When the windows finally arrived, the handles fell off in days, and then snapped in half. They have refused to repair or replace these. What has happened to Kiwi customer service? Definitely not evident in this company. Avoid!
