Worst experience possible basically thieves take moneybut don't supply goods, rude and arrogant

Near 2 weeks since I ordered and for whatever reason still not picked up

Still as bad as everyone else says.

Shopped on line in NA and overseas for years.. worst experience by far. My emails were ignored for weeks.. only when i advised via email that VISA would be in touch as i had requested a refund that i got an email within 2 hrs that advising my goods were processed and on the way!. Plenty of good company out there.. this is not one.... if you want to take a gamble on a investment and getting your goods in a timely manner... Lotto has better odds.

Shit rubbish service NO contact doesn't reply to emails NO answer to phone calls shop else where very poor customer service not recommended.

Bought from this company off Trademe, couldn't produce the goods and after 1 week we emailed to find out where our product was, to find out none in stick offered a trade up in which we accepted, yet p
